Step 1: Design and Engineering

The process begins with detailed 3D designs and engineering drawings. Engineers plan the frame structure, motor placement, and movement sequences using CAD software.

Step 2: Steel Frame Construction

Skilled welders construct the internal steel skeleton. Each joint is precision-machined to enable smooth, reliable movement. The frame determines the dinosaur's structural integrity and range of motion.

Step 3: Mechanism Assembly
